I absolutely love this place. I love that the deep tissue feels great and not a mosquito touching me
They keep me walking upright. Its not just a feel good thing for me. Its therapy that allows me to live with far less pain. Really professional staff and a comfortable environment.
Kailah works miracles. Through her medical massage she has helped me with pain from work related wear and tear soreness as well as recreational injury and general age related aches and pains. I have brought my kids to her when they have had baseball related soreness and injury. Is he has even helped my pre-teen kids with growing pain related pain in muscles and joints. She gets to the root of the pain and doesn’t quit till she gets results. I can’t express my gratitude enough for how she has helped with relief from pain that I used to feel daily.
I started lifting weights. Trying to improve my muscles and strength workouts for my upper body. I started getting a lot of aches and pains in my arms and shoulders.So I went into massage motion and had heather.Do some trigger points on my arms and shoulders.And the pain went away. I also work a desk job 925.So I was putting a lot of pressure on my upper shoulders and neck, which I did not know.I was doing. And Heather gave me some pointers on how to stretch those areas better. So I don't have as many issues. I try to come back and see heather as often as I can.She is so relaxing.I can just feel my tension and stress melt away off my arms and shoulders and neck.
I was having pain walking after my accident several years ago in my hips and legs. I started coming in to see a massage therapist lashell and walked away feeling a lot better for two weeks. I come back every month since then.
